ATTENTION
- Perform a risk assessment before using this chock
- Determine adequate number of chocks to suit surface incline
- On incline, place chocks on downhill side of tyre
- On level ground, place chocks on both side of tyre
- Always position chocks on a solid surface with vehicle stopped and park brake applied as per vehicle manufactures instructions
- Always place chocks squarely against the center of tyre
- Never used damaged chocks
- Never drive over a chock
- Use contrary to these instructions may cause product failure and personal injury
